REAL ESTATE DEVELOPMENT & CONSTRUCTION
We have developed several real estate projects in Dallas, Houston, and San Antonio Texas. We help with designing projects from start to finish based on the city code and the International Building Code. CONSTRUCTION, PROJECT, AND PROGRAM MANAGEMENT
Our world-class project management system uses cutting-edge technologies like Auto Desk Construction Cloud to collaborate with and coordinate all activities in one place. Submittals, schedules, pay apps, quality control plans, inspection and testing reports, project drawings and specifications, change orders, and estimates are all available on one platform with all stakeholders connected to the cloud platform.
All stakeholders are alerted of any changes made to the project in real-time via email notification. We use Primavera P6 software to provide monthly schedule updates reflecting progress and delay where necessary. We use the latest software for estimating and pricing every division in line with Construction Specification Institute (CSI)
- Provide technical advice relating to bid document preparation and contractor selection.
- Monitor construction activities to ensure compliance with approved design plans and specifications.
- Prepare project estimates.
- Prepare project management baseline and updated schedule using primavera P6 software.
- Prepare change orders.
- Certify contractors’ invoices for payment.
- Review contractors’ activity schedules and ensure timely project completion.
- Facilitate conflict resolutions between design requirements and actual construction conditions.
- Conduct final project inspection and make recommendations to the Owner regarding final acceptance.
- We conduct a US Green Building Council (USGBC) survey to certify Green Building requirements ensuring our client project is sustainable with the use of local and/or recycled materials.
- We have the expertise that covers rural development and natural resources management with a focus on stakeholder participation, livelihoods, poverty alleviation, and social development, together with a capability in public sector reform and governance. In all these areas we have capability in the management of projects and programs performance assessment, monitoring and evaluation.

QUALITY CONTROL ENGINEERING
We Ensure that the project is built according to plans, specifications, and code,we are certified quality control professionals trained by the US Army Corps of Engineers and well experienced. Our QC measure introduces a robust three layers quality control system:
PREPARATION: Material Submittal review and approval, we ensure the right quality of material is used as specified in the project construction manual. We review product data, and the manufacturer’s warranty and approve/reject the material based on the project construction manual.
INITIATION: we carry out a trial batch pavement or installation to ensure it works according to plans and construction specifications.
FOLLOW-UP: we follow every step along the way to maintain the two above processes while carrying out robust testing and inspection delivering the best quality product to our client's satisfaction.
· Our quality control reports are shared with our client on a rolling basis.
